Large company, is able to provide information for therapists i.e. ICD-10 codes transition.

Cons

Lwwest salary I've seen, frequently unethical.

Pros

At this point I don't really have anything good to say about this company!

Cons

I was with Select for almost 8 years and the facility I worked at was given a 10 day notice and there were no others jobs with Select. The facility offered me a job in-house with of course a over $3.00 hr pay cut and for all my years with Select I was offered nothing from them! I found out that one employee took a part time job with the facility was given a severance package and she had only been with Select a year. I don't quite see the fairness in that.

Pros

Good attention to employee safety--worked on making transfers and care safe. Good about ordering equipment if needed.

Cons

Cut your hours if census wasn't high enough. I'm sure they didn't cut the hours of the folks who were responsible for filling beds. Staffing ratios were poor. No professional development available: we don't have the census for that. Whatever.
