      too many directors, managers and corp. management telling you different things to do at the same time having a direct manager that doesn't know anything about the company or how to do the job that your doing not feeling appreciated constant stress

      The clinicians seemed to have more freedom and less micro-management associated with their positions.

      Cons

      Extreme micro-management; four levels of managers that you actively have to answer to; suffocating and adversarial management style that demoralizes the salesforce.

      Shift diff for midnights, lots of different types of patients

      Cons

      Hard, hard work. Case load is often difficult to manage. Very critical patients mixed in with not so critical.
