Good Company Perks but Lacks Staffing Resources

Pros

Good company perks at corporate headquarters. Walking path for employees to use on lunch and breaks. Company holds nice employee appreciation events. PTO package is good but you have to wait 90 days before you start accruing time off. I liked my coworkers and enjoyed working them.

Cons

Lack of staffing causes good employees to leave. Have to wait 90 days for benefits like PTO. Limited / no training.

great pay but not always worth the effort

Cons

too many in charge, as stated earlier, and right hand don't know what each other are doing. Mean staff to each other but just a handful that would make team effort as a group almost impossible. I'm great deal harassment and bullying. When complain to human resources and management nothing was done.

The people/ coworkers are the very best. The patients are very complicated and require a team effort of care. The experience gained from caring for such a complicated patient helps the healthcare professional to improve the skills and experiences.

Cons

This is a for profit organization which does not provide the opportunity for continued education in addition to very little room for career advancement.
