      Good people to work with for the most part Beautiful building Company expresses good core values

      Cons

      Leadership does not act professional and coding practices are questionable Salaries are lower that competitors Food used to be excellent.....now is disgusting....Familes are often bring food to their family members that are in-pt. Time-off policies are often varied, depending on who you are.

      Traveling opportunities are good, small teams

      Cons

      Big corporations tend to have a lot of politics involved. Communications between departments, and even sometime within a department is non existent at times. Most entry level positions tend to be a support position as well. On call after hours at least once a month, so sometimes you end up staying up until 3 am and have to be in at work the next day at 8, which doesn't make for a very productive day.
