      Pros

      Great pay-scale and bonus package. One can grow within the company. Select medical offers its own CE programs which is cheaper than outside programs. One can be autonomous running the clinic. Good team members. I had a great supervisor and I enjoyed working with the company.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is stressful to show profits all throughout the year. Less in-person meetings with the team members. But overall great company to work with for long-term basis.

      Pros

      Up to date education material, best practices and evidence based support, plus great team work related to all aspects of care. They strive to be the best and that is what I provide them with.

      Cons

      It is difficult to use accumulated vacation time due to lack of appropriate coverage.
