Overworked. The nurse to patient ratio is too for the acuity of patient. No nurse stays long. They require more and more task than is possible such as mobilization of patients 2x per day. The amount of charting is HIGH! Staff come and go. They are unable to maintain CNAs due to also being overworked. Most agency RN do not renew their contract. The administrative personnel curses and explodes on staff when mad. There is no confidentiality.
