Free parking, great holiday party, small company feel, business casual, location is not in the city, no mass layoffs and if you can handle it, you can work there for 20 plus years PTO is not bad after 3 years and bumps again at 5 The pay is not the best but you seldom have to work over 40 hours a weeks which helps with overlooking the toxic culture

White male dominated management culture A LOT if gossiping and backstabbing, including in management Lack of discretion among Managers about employees private life many cliques. If you don't fit in, you'll probably get picked on if you are a woman, by other women. Very high school feel High amount of Nepotism If u can overlook these things and not get angry about them and keep your head in your work, then it's a semi easy gig with steady pay and benefits If you are used to a more progressive and equitable corporation, tgis may not work long term
