Long hours, upper level management with high turnover, no salary increase/raise, micromanagement. If you have a write up, you are not eligible for a pay increase. Management will look for reasons to reprimand employees to avoid pay increases and to keep the budget low.

I believe Select has enough money to give there employees a raise, or at minimum yearly bonuses. I don’t think it should take almost half a year to receive not even a whole 12 hours of PTO.
