Pros

2 stars because the other therapists I worked with were simply amazing. I had never worked with such a caring group of individuals.

Cons

I was signed on as full time and was told I would be receiving a salary; however, I was actually paid hourly and was barely meeting full time hours due to the up and down of building census. If I worked under 32 hours I didn't get my benefits. Long story short-I felt as though I was being taken advantage of as a new grad...underpaid and lied to. Also, RIDICULOUS productivity requirements..this company truly only cares about money and couldn't possibly care less about the well being of the patients.

Pros

Flexibility with my schedule, good co-workers

Cons

Upper management/desk jockeys/pencil pushers have no idea what it's like at ground level. Unrealistic productivity standards that place profit over quality of care. Patients are scheduled for longer therapy sessions/higher RUG levels than whats appropriate just so that the company can make more money. The company just seems to only be concerned with the bottom line as opposed to providing quality patient care- - would not recommend-- look for a smaller company.

Pros

Great coworkers, immediate managers are good, they are personable and understanding and helpful, nice Monday thru Friday hours with a flex start time, benefits are good and relatively inexpensive, nice corporate facilities that were just recently upgraded

Cons

very low pay, no overtime allowed, huge workload and extremely high expectations, upper management disconnection with lower level employees, tons of pressure on you constantly, corporate cliques, annual raises are few and don't keep up with inflation at all, quarterly bonuses for reaching goals are itemized and scrutinized to the point that half of it is taken away before you even see it, high turnover rate, people constantly in and out and replaced with more low paid people
