Pros

Some people are really nice. Clean place.

Cons

Communication between business director, admissions director, & corporate are none. No time for lunches. SOP not coordination between liaison & admissions. CEOS not aware of admissions protocols. Definitely not enough admissions staff to handle 3 hospitals.

Pros

Once you have worked here, nothing phases you. Great RNs and CNAs and RTs, unfortunately management overshadowed them all

Cons

No teamwork within the case management department, upper level management was a disaster they clearly had no idea how to do their own jobs let alone how to manage appropriately. Constantly short staffed, med errors were common and overlooked, very unethical. All about making money and not patient care

Pros

Company events and community engagement (albeit at the cost of salary) & coworkers can be kind.

Cons

No sick days, no maternity leave, underpaid employees across the board (unless you're an executive), very limited room for advancement. No stock options (again, unless you're an executive). 8:00-5:00 with an unpaid lunch, better companies are moving away from a 45 hour work-week. It is not uncommon for me to see my coworkers in the office until 7-8pm some nights. Stingy on federal vacations, IE. if a holiday falls on a Thursday you won't get the following Friday off unless you use PTO. Health & wellness reimbursement isn't offered. If you work in the Billing office prepare to be looked down at if you ever have to interact with other departments or employees. Your opinions are never asked for and there are no meetings for you to voice concerns. You will also be priced out of the best health insurance bundles. Trivial cash bonus. Unfortunately high turnover. Holy moly the technology used is old. They are seriously using MS-DOS looking software in 2017. To summarize; please do yourself a favor and just not.
