      Fellow employees are great!

      Cons

      Management is NOT there for you! The amount of work for $12/hour is ridiculous. All sorts of responsibility, no compensation for it. You basically run the office for them. It's not just patient appointments and insurance verification like they lead you to believe.

      Pros

      Not boring, use EPIC, on site pharmacists.

      Cons

      Purposefully understaffed, leading to patient deaths. Constantly assigned more patients at high acuity (vents, multiple drips) than is safe. High turnover as management is constantly looking for reasons to fire people as they would rather hire new grads and get rid of experienced RNs who command higher pay. Once again, this leaves high acuity patients in a dangerous situation.

      Pros

      Good pay. Nice bonus plan. Supportive co workers and supervisors. Flexible hours. Rewarding position that’s nice combination of clinical and marketing component.

      Cons

      Can be high stress sometimes and long days. Weekend call but not demanding. Corporate supervisors can be really vocal despite limited knowledge of this particular market. Certain CEO’s are rude but luckily this position doesn’t answer to them directly
