Great teamwork and help with patient load, incentives for overtime, great pay, flexible self scheduling, and time off.

Cons

Lots of leadership changes, corporate downhill drama, working without necessary equipment and supplies, and very rigid absenteeism policy

Decent wage, and might hire u if u have a shady background or disciplinary problems at a former job

Cons

Department heads get bonuses for staying under their budget, so at times we don’t have staff, supplies, or equipment needed to do our jobs. Management always backs up the patient and/or family....never the staff, they always make u look like an idiot

I absolutely LOVE my job at Select! Our Doctors, Nurses, Techs, RRT's, Therapists, and even our Housekeepers are AMAZING!!! The management is wonderful and truly cares about the staff and patients. I have always said that if I get sick...or anyone I love gets sick...I would want myself or my loved one to be at our hospital!!! Amazing docs and nurses who truly heal the sick!

Sometimes difficult to staff tech positions with consistent staff.
