Pay is fair and there are enough techs to handle the workload most days

Cons

Management is aloof and does not know who their hardest workers are. Doctors who are on call rarely answer the phone. Nurses will be given 7 patients most days which spread us way too thin. When I express these concerns with management I get the impression that I am just an inconvenience. Supervisors treat patient and visitor complaints as inconveniences...management knows about it and does not care
