AWESOME PLACE TO WORK!!

We really have 6 months out of the year where you can make enough money to live on for the rest of the year. We work hard during those months, so we can take time off to do what we want during the other 6 months. You really can take unlimited amount of time during our off seasons, without regrets.

Cons

You are really on your own island working from home. You have no one breathing down your neck, so you will need discipling to make sure you are maximizing your time to make the money you will need to have the work life balance you will enjoy if you work it correctly.

Pros

Earning potential, food, nice parties pre covid, nice facilities, they have the best training for Medicare.

Cons

The make it harder to earn more, the hours during AEP are aggressive, the Supervisors micromanage the heck out of you. I mean you can't go to the bathroom with out coming back to a message. They put very young inexperienced people in positions of power people who don't have enough life experience. They seem to have favorites. I obviously was not one.
