Pros

Good to start off in Medicare and as remote work. More pay option during AEP season a reason to sell more to increase compensation of sales.

Cons

If I could give 0 stars I would. No work life balance. No increase for pay yet an increase for more work. Highly dependent on more sales for compensation hourly pay will not change. No weekends. Amount of calls and limitations with breaks in between weighs on your mental heavily.

We are sorry to hear that your work experience has not been positive. Our sales environment is a highly rigorous, dynamic, and competitive one, and we try to make this known when recruiting and hiring. However, we want our employees to have a healthy work-life balance, so we do take your feedback very seriously. We want to hash out any disconnects so please reach out to any manager or our HR department to further voice any feedback or concern!

Pros

Flexible work schedule and remote options. They will pay or reimburse you for your insurance licensing so it's a good "in" for the industry.

Cons

Pretty much everything else sucks. Don't trust what they say about inbound leads, all leads are provided through 3rd party solicitors that lie cheat and steal to get clients over to you. Lead quality has gone down dramatically since I started 2 years ago and I'm looking at other options as fast as possible. The "marketing" team does little to nothing. Top agents get fed the few good leads that are produced from our commercials online or by radio. All other agents get leads purchased from 3rd party solicitors, many of who's agent are not based in the USA. Our main priority is to switch peoples insurance plans and your managers will berate you for not doing everything in your power to switch them even if the person doesn't actually need anything. I'm sorry for the negativity but please please please look at the reviews on the glassdoor and you'll see the same thing over and over again. Stay far away from this company unless you are just desperate for work.
