      Pros

      Very flexible with schedule. Ability to take off for appointments or last minute needs. Availability to occasionally work from home (even when not in a remote environment). Willingness to try new things, new approaches, and tests.

      Cons

      Technology and systems are hardly reliable. Scrambling to patch things together is frequent. Reporting and results given often need to be scrubbed or is only directionally accurate. Do not take care of their people in terms of promotions and pay. Would rather hire new than promote from within. Very much a good ole boy system.

      Great team Great hours Good place to start your IT career

      Cons

      Underappreciated Underpaid Upper management goes out of their way to add extra "organization" You're not going to grow or move up the ladder here no matter how hard you try. Get your experience and then find a place that'll pay you what you deserve.
