      They offer benefits, if you can afford them.

      Cons

      Most everything. They rope you into a 2 year non-compete and threaten to choke you with it when you realize this is NOT where you want to be. About half the reps are okay people, just trying to do their job and help the customer; the leadership is severely lacking and does not care about the people who actually work hard to take care of the customers.

      Compensation is good for being captive. There is work from home opportunities.

      Sometimes the sales targets cause managers and employees to do unethical things. Work-life balance really depends on who your manager is.
