Pros
The right people got put in place to lead as managers, generally. Will give you a good education on insurance and everything you need to get started if you're brand new to the field.
Cons
The work never stops during AEP- seems as though compensation declined- it used to be easier to work 60+ hours weekly during the holiday season when the pay was better, but every year they seemed to whittle it down to where you had to sell more and more and more to make the same money. Management teams on senior side became unwieldy- teams of 15 people became teams of 30 or so people it seems- very little time for your manager to meet with you or help when they have 100 emails and 29 other people to deal with
