      You'll have many opportunities to write business everyday. The atmosphere is positve, energetic and competitive.

      Cons

      You're chained to your desk/headset. Of course you can take breaks but if you're not on the phone you're not making sales.

      Management is terrible at communication and follow through. - It's common for your emails and chat requests to go unacknowledged. - Your one on ones are almost always rescheduled, multiple times, and after you've prepared and attended. - When the meeting finally happens it's very short and they aren't prepared, No Coaching or Development - If you type "sales training" into google, you'll find the source of their knowledge. - common to receive a youtube video from the 90s or a generic "always be closing" email a couple times a month.
