New building, free food, sometimes the outings are fun

Cons

Terrible leads. Terrible, micro-managed culture! The managers think we are babies....sending out report after report about how we are not doing our job. When the reality is the leads are horrible! Average is a 10% closing rate. And they cap you at sometimes 16 leads per day! Then they walk around wondering why morale is in the toilet and the best reps are quitting. No one wants to work harder and make less money.

Pros

Great pay & benefits. Job honestly isn’t difficult.

Cons

Management is petty and takes their frustrations out on employees. Nobody is on one accord and nothing is organized. Things literally change within the hour daily!!! Promotions and demotions are frequent depending on “company needs.”

Not a one. They will lie to you to get you in the door.

Cons

If you leave before the AEP season ends, they will keep your fall-off bonus.
