Great co-workers, nice office.

This used to be such an amazing company to work for. Now since we have new management, things are on a downward spiral. The morale is bad. Complicated commission plans, unattainable metrics for most months. On the the top "Favorite" agents get the good leads. They will lie and tell you that Tier 1, Tier 2 all the same leads. LIES, LIES, LIES! They actually think we are stupid enough to believe this! Only two managers here who actually care about their employees, the rest could care less. Stop playing favoritism, stop lying and give us all an equal, even playing field. No way we should have to look for 2nd jobs to supplement our incomes. You have agents here that can't even pay their bills. You should be ashamed!!!

Pros

Great Training...they really teach you how to create pain in order to get the client to buy.

Cons

They play head games with you and management is bipolar. They will tell you one thing and do the complete opposite or act like that was never communicated (always save your emails). Be careful what you sign, they will sue you personally if go to work for a competitor and take away your lively hood.

So many to list...but the biggest is upper management. Hiring people with little to no experience in the industry. Total guys club that includes a bunch of KU grads that seem to be forming their own fraternity. If I could give this place negative stars I would. It has been a complete train wreck the last few months. No light at the end of this tunnel. Can’t get out of here fast enough.
