This was the most sexist place I’ve ever worked, it’s a total boy’s club and frat house. Just look at the leadership team, there are no women and only a few men are really driving every decision in the company. We were told to speak our opinions but punished when we did. Benefits were horrible and offered no maternity coverage.

Thank you for your opinion. We do have female employees in management and in almost all departments. Some of the ones that have been here the longest are female employees. All employees are treated equally and with utmost respect, regardless of gender. Sexism is not and will never ever be tolerated here. Coverage for pregnancy is actually covered under our short term disability program which you may not have been aware of. We are sorry that you did not have a positive work experience. Pros

Great co-workers, good local management, good benefits. Some agents can work from home.

Cons

New management has gutted out this whole operation and has changed the comp plan every month for the past 4 months. They back track and change it and make it worse in most cases, they have lowered the commission pay and everyone has taken a paycut, the good agents are leaving. The quality of the leads has gone down and the micromanagement has gone up. The executive management team has no idea and does not listen to our local managers who are in the front sales line with the agents. The new management does not have insurance experience.
