We do our best to match leads with agents that have shown they are the most successful with them. Performance with those leads is measured on a regular basis and our agents always have a chance to move up. Sales Managers and Coaching Managers are always ready to lend a helping hand. The compensation plan is a result of rigorous study, research and collaboration. It may not be the simplest one, but it has been designed to make sure that first and foremost, it is fair to everybody, and second, but equally important, that it continues to provide unlimited earning potential for those who do well in sales. Caring and supportive. Best training I've ever had. very concerned about our life/work balance. fosters a congruent enviroment e.g. outside sponsored activities. Very positive management - making very positive and happy employees. Freedom of expression. No micro-management. Realistic expectations. Promotes and encourages growth. This is how all companies should manage their employees!

I can't think of one negative thing to say.

Great training, fun environment, creative engaging leadership team. Food!!!!!!!!!! Clean safe working environment. Professional development. Great income earning opportunity. Very limited micromanaging if any at all. You are encouraged to set high expectations for yourself and hold yourself accountable. The company tries to reassign you if sales doesn't work out for you. They provide a great service to our elderly and really do try to get them the most comprehensive coverage at the most affordable price. They have also made it very clear not to sell someone a plan if their plan that they already have is better than anything we can offer them. They pay for you to get your licenses through reimbursement.

Cons

The company is growing so you have to reshuffle where you sit and by flexible.
