      Great place to work with a friendly environment.

      You must stay positive and motivated. It's a sales based position, so not doing well can be stressful.

      Pros

      "potentially" can make money but only if you're on the list for incoming calls or if you make it into their inner circle or they like you or referred by someone that's already part of inner circle I mentioned earlier.

      Cons

      If you don't fall into any of the criteria above then you're screwed. They are always hiring because of the high turnover. Micromanagement is an understatement. They lie a lot. Recruitment makes it sound like it's a great place to be just to get you in the door.
