Pros

Convenient is about it.

Cons

Where to start? #metoo environment. Managers treat employees like trash. They "think who they are". Awful work life balance. They continue to expect more. Low raises. Low moral.

Pros

Salary and work life balance

Cons

Management is horrendous, belittling and bullying their subordinates. HR is a joke. The people "on the floor" are treated as if they are totally expendable. Loyalty means nothing to this company. Accomplishments are not recognized. While pay and work life balance are good, benefits are costly. There is little opportunity for advancement and management does not work with their employees to foster growth. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
