Pros

Great people, good benefits, good training opportunities, and overall nice facility to work in.

Cons

No growth potential. Company seems to have a lot to offer as far as development of employees goes, but then there are no jobs to move into. I would have stayed at the company if there were more opportunities to me to move up.

No Work Life Balance

Pros

Competitive salaries, work from home is available.

Cons

There is no work life balance. Management continues to select dates for projects with minimal input from workers. From the moment the date is set it is all a task driven project. There is no planning for any issues that could and do happen. The plan is if there are 24 hours in a day, you can work 24 hours.
