Pros

Great salary, work from home opportunity, very friendly co-workers, decent benefits, opportunity for growth within the company, excellent training program, lots of jurisdictional training.

Cons

Upper management loves to micromanage their employees, there are a ton of meetings that take up time, unrealistic expectations on claim loads, the staff is very overworked and under appreciated, they are rewarded for the work they can do by being put on performance plans, work life balance is non-existent.

High potential, but disappointing overall.

Pros

Recognition for work done by many people in the company, including the top executive members. Friendly peers and colleagues in several departments.

Cons

Employees are severely under-compensated, several departments have very high turnover, the office is located in a very remote location, and lack of proactive thinking.
