Pros

The initial pay was great for those that started during the transition

Cons

There is micromanagement to the highest degree. Management is through intimidation. There are several requirements that are unnecessary and hinder the Adjuster's ability to do a good job. It has an atmosphere of a sweat shop. They have to hire trainees because the word is out in the claim community and no one with experience wants to work there.

Pros

Culture, tight knit. Flat hierarcy, access to mamagement, small regional teams make it easy to identify your individual contributions to company success.

Cons

Organization seems hypocritical by instituting a strategic imperative to attract and retain top talent, yet there is no clear path to promotion, senior positions are largely being filled externally, and compensation seems to lag beyond industry averages.
