Pros

Great product portfolio and coverage rich forms with both a general and niche focus. Training was very good and train staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

Very spotty reputation amongst agents in certain areas. Impossible goals to achieve. Management team is dishonest to employees and agents and is out of touch on many things. Knee jerk decisions are driven simply by the stock performance. Do not consider this place if you want a career in insurance. There are so many better choices out there with long term opportunities for professional growth.

Pros

Great co-workers, immediate and regional management team are accessible.Salary is high by industry standard, making it harder to find a better paying job and moving on. Vacation time is a nice benefit.

Cons

No work life balance, claims upper management is not concerned with the reasons there has been a high turnover in experienced adjuster's in the past 1.5 years. Survey have been given as management is aware of the concerns by the claims adjuster but refuse to make any changes which have been suggested. You work out of your home and are expected to easily work 50-60 hours.

Pros

The company offers competitive pay, a generous bonus structure and competitive benefits. The office is very well designed and furnished with comfortable work spaces and an amazing lunch room.

Cons

If work - life balance is important, it is not a good place to work. Work volume is unreasonable and unmanageable due to inferior and antiquated technology and poor work flow processes. The technical staff is burdened with excessive nonsensical clerical duties. Remote reporting is available but not flexible.
