Pros

absolutely not one pro .

Cons

if your a motivated young professional who wants to advance your career do not work here. I went above and beyond for years for this company and it was completely unnoticed. Going to management about anything was pointless. Going to HR about anything is even more pointless. Applying for an internal job takes 4 months. 4 MONTHS and you have to interview with 10 different people individually. Yes, an internal position. Depending on your position you may be asked to work weekends either remote or come in & will never be recognized. People dress so inappropriately & sloppy. Very hostile environment. Also in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Stay far away!

Pros

Started as a good company with a lot of long term employees.

Cons

Expectation is to work lots of OT to keep up with workload. Salary EE don't have any additional compensation for working 60+ hours per week. Mgmt does not care, they just want the work done. Mgmt acts fake when Neale comes around to make it seem like everything is fine when it is not. A lot of people quit because they are burnt out. Benefits are horrible, they cost the EE lots of money from their paycheck then you get another big bill from the dr. office. The service center is full of limited jobs so once you reach a certain point, you are forced to leave for a promotion.
