      Smaller contractor company, annual raise, problems are resolved quickly. Feel more valued compared to larger contractors.

      Pros

      The company allows you to do your job and not get bogged down with other things. Manager and Sr Managers are easy to get a hold of and will respond to phone calls or emails anytime, weekends included. The HR department is very helpful and informative.

      Cons

      Not a lot of information comes out from the company unless you ask. The annual training hits all at once and it can be tiresome to get through all of it.
