      The leadership really cares about the lifeblood of the company, the employees Outstanding pursuit of new business to further the growth of the company, while still maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

      Cons

      The company can't offer the premium benefits packages that a candidate may see with larger companies. This is mitigated by the fact that the company continually improves the benefit offerings, coverage, and choices year over year, without increasing cost.
