Everyone is treated like family, unlimited PTO, all-inclusive, ideas or issues are considered and you have direct access to the CEO who encourages plain, unfiltered communication. Salaries are commensurate and everyone is a part of success. Work/Life balance is not only encouraged, it's demanded.

Reading the negative reviews here, I think it’s flawed not to mention that the company acknowledges this and is turning things around. They are moving fast, discovered who they want to target, what to build and have begun building it already. So it’s tough to just dismiss the CEO and everyone else for doing what they are doing. It’s a startup, there are hiccups. There are mistakes. The mistakes are being frequently corrected and trust me we’re gonna make more. I just started here and I’ve never been anywhere better. I have a lot of opportunity to change things and make a mark here. If you want the same then I would recommend working here. But staying quiet will not help you.
