      Pros

      Many talented employees. Decent benefits and pay. Nice facilities. Company invests in tooling, safety, HR.

      Cons

      Know-it-all, untrusting CEO who makes decisions for every dept and mgr. Makes severe mistakes, then blames on mgr. Does not accept advice from subordinates.

      Pros

      Intelligent and hard working engineers and technicians. Diverse and friendly workforce. Convenient location close to freeway exits. Decent benefits. Flexible hours for exempt employees.

      Cons

      Uncomfortable, inadequate and dirty facilities. High employee turnover. Management is clueless. Managers and officers are constantly under the gun and forced to make hasty decisions. In 3 years, I've had 6 managers and 3 officers. Many were fired. Witnessed some unethical practices. Management typically has unreasonable demands. Language barriers are a problem here.

      Awesome talent on the shop floor welders, fitters, leads, inspectors, the Q.E. department

      Cons

      Management has changed directions and I don't think its for the better. There is plenty of room for employment as of late. The morale there is so low many have left and more have been fired. The future is in their hands.
