      Pros

      Engineers are afforded a vast amount of experience with regard to test, analysis, design, manufacturing, and quality. Lots of room to grow, promoting from within is highly encouraged

      Cons

      Chaotic Management team (at least in some groups) are not as experienced. Can feel understaffed.

      There were some really great people to work with there.

      Cons

      Too much back stabbing. Departments would fight with each other. Too many ladder climbers pushing their work through at the expense of other programs.
