      Pros

      Lots of work, growth and potential. There is always a new face and current employees always step up to make friends with them and show them around. employees are respectful towards each other, Family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Management demands respect but don't give it. very vendictive. Supervision hovers and creates a uncomfortable workspace. Management is like a revolving door. Always changing management makes production inconsistent due to each supervisors ideas and or work habits.

      Pros

      The middle management and engineering talent is excellent

      Cons

      Senior management consistently commits to goals without allocating the necessary resources. They follow up by directing their criticism towards their employees without regard for their key role in setting the company up for failure. The company rewards managers who criticize and belittle employees but not managers who focus on growth and performance.
