      Pros

      Experiencing tremendous growth in new business that has the potential to double revenue over the next five years. Financially strong parent company.

      Cons

      Culture unable to keep pace with existing business level, let alone handle growth. On-time delivery is horrific for both on-going production deliveries as well as new product development. Senior management ill-equipped to even recognize what sweeping changes are required. Most believe everything is fine in spite of the facts.

      Pros

      Pretty much any idea that you have for improving efficiency or saving money is accepted as long as you work on it yourself! As you start trying to solve problems you'll understand quickly how complex things are. It usually takes years at a company to be able to assert "ownership" over a project - her its only a few weeks (if that)

      Cons

      20% of the staff does 80% of the work.
