      Pros

      Lots of work, growth and potential. There is always a new face and current employees always step up to make friends with them and show them around. employees are respectful towards each other, Family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Management demands respect but don't give it. very vendictive. Supervision hovers and creates a uncomfortable workspace. Management is like a revolving door. Always changing management makes production inconsistent due to each supervisors ideas and or work habits.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, most people are friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Extremely poor management, can't keep top notch help. New people come in, work a few months and leave. Worst HR department I have ever seen, very unresponsive to questions, uncaring, and spends money on stupid programs, not helpful ones. Morale sucks, hockey approach to monthly shipments. Management plays the blame game rather then accept some of their own failures. Blame the indians save the chiefs! Pour procurement sysem can't support monthly builds. Too high of stress level.
