      It looked promising,...until my first day

      Pros

      the company has growth plan from what I learn during the interview "process" but hard to tell because the HR lady was not there and when we did talk didn't know the company real well and could not connect me to anyone who knew it . it seemed like I was just being processed in a rush

      Cons

      very confusing and unprofessional HR experience hard to even describe. the best way to summarize is to say I was lead to believe I was hired - showed up on my start date ready to work and was told that there was some kind of HR misunderstanding - Sorry our mistake. No job for you. Unbelievable. It did not look like the first time either from what I heard.

      Growing but in the wrong direction

      Company is growing at a fast pace There are some good business-minded and customer-focused people trying to improve the business

      Cons

      Low morale Company recites and displays core values but doesn't follow it Good employees tend to leave due to lack of resources needed to help employees be successful HR is extremely unprofessional (bad mouths employees; lacks confidentiality; physically aggressive with employees; uses offensive language towards employees) Issues swept under the rug or dismissed Lack in investing in employees that are not in a management role (doesn't support growth or training opportunities for all employees) Employee benefits are not competitive with other companies of similar size

      Everyone is great to work with.

      The compensation was above average. The hours were great. People were great to work with.

      Cons

      Management is not as great as they could be. Lack of support system which decreases company morale.
