      CFO constantly abuses accounting team verbally. Sadly, current employees are too afraid to speak up due to the risk of losing their job. Hens why when I spoke up and I immediately lost my job. Out dated systems and procedures implemented since the 1990s that makes majority of the responsibilities very tedious and time consuming for no reason. Toxic work culture that is mainly created by the upper management (CFO)
