      Paycheck, benefits, there’s really not much good at this place!

      Cons

      Management, lack of transparency and communication. It’s rare to find someone that’s been a long time employee and happy. This place is EXTREMELY TOXIC. Only work here as a last resort!

      Pros

      Great for interns. If you are straight out of college this is a good company to start with. You will learn a lot.

      Cons

      If you are a seasoned employee, this is not a place to work. Management is all about profit only, and hove no experience in manufacturing. The company is a large job shot. Salary people are treated with little respect. They are all considered replaceable. Too many customer returns and rejection. That says a lot about the company.
