Small company with ambition and flexibility, but unprofessional and unethical practices in management stifle innovation.

Pros

In a salaried position, hours are good (depending on communication and milestones). The company is growing so there's room for improved processes.

Cons

HR is terrible... misspells everything, can't operate MS Office and other technical tools efficiently, fires people on Friday's at the end of a shift with no warning. Mid-lower level employees often don't get word of department or status changes until it's too late to be prepared.

The middle management and engineering talent is excellent

Cons

Senior management consistently commits to goals without allocating the necessary resources. They follow up by directing their criticism towards their employees without regard for their key role in setting the company up for failure. The company rewards managers who criticize and belittle employees but not managers who focus on growth and performance.
