The culture and work atmosphere is dreadful, production/operations determine everything, so all the pressure is to hit deliveries on a weekly/monthly basis. As a result, long-term improvements are always pushed to the side in favor of short-term goals. This also leads to high turnover because the company would rather re-hire new employees (specifically engineers and supervisors) than try and retain them with competitive compensation.

for starters the corporate/ HR staff are horrible to talk to they treat shop floor/ blue collar workers like theyre below them, they will be little you for the smallest things. mandatory saturdays the last 2 weeks of the month. they care more about product turnover rate then your personal life. they will tell you its easy to grow from within but its a complete lie. And for being one of the biggest aerospace companies their pay is well below average for an aerospace company they shower you with benifits to overcome your low pay
