Fun and challenging work with a collaborative team!

Pros

-Challenging work! Unlike anything else you'll likely ever work on -Collaborative team - no finger pointing -Good culture, everyone is nice and friendly -Support for new ideas -Work-life balance -Not political, flat structure - management is also doing work

Cons

-There's no template to look at (pro & con!) -The technology is still a work in progress, so customers are sometimes unhappy - BUT Sense tries to be as transparent as possible with them -Not much room for advancement since the company is still small, but those opportunities could become available quickly with growth

Pros

Fun environment to work in, team is very close, lots of opportunities for growth and ability to take on more roles within the company, monthly company activities and best of all there are great benefits or full time employees as well as part time

Cons

Can't say there is many cons about this company. It is quite small so you will need to take on various different roles if needed.
