      Pros

      Excellent opertunities for advancement. Many internal promotions. Competitive salaries and good benefits. Sensient's culture and environment provide employees opertunities to develop through projects, new roles assignments. If you are looking for a place to work where you will be challenged and can define your own career path based on your abilities, drive, passion and results, this is the place to work.

      Cons

      Fast paced, changing, lean organization. This also is a pro as it allow talented individuals to thrive because there is less buerarcay than other organizations.

      Pros

      Is a great place to be for people that like to accomplish and move things forward! Initiatives will be rewareded and do not get stuck in bureaucracy like in many other big companies. It is structured in smaller business units all over the world so you have the flexibility of small companies combined with the advantages of a big multinational. The culture is demanding but not in a negative way.

      Pros

      Salary/benefits and the average working folk. I was here for over a year. It started out ok but the longer I was there the more I say how little respect they have for their employee's. Like most people stated, no matter how good you did your job, they company did not care as they would would you out the door. They make up reasons like your job has been made redundant etc. Things were bad with Daddy war-bucks running the show but they are getting even worse with his son having taken over.

      Cons

      Everything but the pay/benefits and the people I worked with.
