      Decent pay and medical benefits. PTO was alright

      Cons

      Horrible, revolving door management. The team never felt like it could work as a cohesive unit because of constant mismanagement coming from above. Also felt like a good old boys environment, no room for self expression or criticism. Lots of nepotism and favoritism so good luck making any real advancement.

      1. Manager very stubborn and do not listen any comments. 2. Fire people with some excuses 3. Huge workload and bad benefits. 4. Manager will watch you closely and it looks like you are thief.
