I like the company's approach toward being honest and being professional. There is a high expectation to be ethical and to do the right thing. The company is very dynamic and there are a lot of projects going on but they are good projects. Overall I have to say this is a company you would want to recommend to a friend or a family member. I really appreciate the Management Team and HR in California.
