Sensient makes it very simple - work smart, be professional, and you can essentially build your career as you'd like here. There are abundant opportunities for growth (very generous with continuing education, professional courses, the ability to move between roles and business units if desired, etc.) and the pay is above industry average. Good to great benefits, scaling with seniority and performance.

I have been with the company for over 10 years. It’s been a great place to develop my career, make life long friends, learn about things I probably never thought about if not challenged, and get paid fairly in keeping up with the market. No company is perfect but every Sunday night, I look forward to seeing those wonderful faces the next day and get excited about my projects for the week. Challenges have brought growth and opportunity in my career at Sensient and I am grateful to work here. The leaders care about my career and are supportive. Very stable company that I hope I can retire from one day.
