      Being able to develop a wider nursing skill set, career and educational opportunities,

      Management is horrible, cliques, favoritism, drama, back-biting, dangerous situations with patients, they are very corporate and you’re just a number to them, PAY is extremely sub standard for the area, there is a culture of discrimination and one sidedness here that is unavoidable, other nurses eat their young and run off the student nurses

      Working with incredible people who want to work.

      Multiple systems, extremely poor training, horrible management. They throw everyone under the bus, they lie to protect themselves and there is absolutely no room for growth. They have people that’s been there for years with the same title. Stay away!!!
