Every communication is passive aggressive. Grievances and issues are never truly addressed. Favoritism There is no true team work, it's team frustration. We're all miserable in reality. Zero work/life balance Have COVID? Don't tell anyone, that's a big no no. No empathy or respect Pressured to write good reviews on annual surveys with threats of being brought back into the office as punishment. It's all about the money, not the actual patient's needs.
